Can both the athlete and parent attend?
Yes. Sessions 1-3 are athlete-focused with parents observing and taking notes. Session 4 (The Parent Playbook) is primarily for parents while athletes can listen in. This ensures everyone learns the RISE Method together.
How much is the investment?
The investment is $299.00 for the complete program. To put this in perspective: most families spend more on private coaching, camps, or tournaments in a single month. The mental game skills your athlete develops here will serve them far beyond this season – in every competition, every pressure situation, for years to come.
How many athletes are in each group?
Groups are capped at 15-20 athletes to ensure personalized attention and create a supportive peer environment where everyone can participate.
What age is this program designed for?
We tailor examples and discussions to be age-appropriate for the group. At it’s core, the program is designed for athletes in middle school between 5th-8th grade, and high school.
Does this work for all sports?
Absolutely. The mental game translates across all sports – from golf to basketball, soccer to tennis, swimming to baseball. Pressure is pressure, and the RISE Method applies universally.
What technology do we need?
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. Sessions run on Zoom – we’ll send connection details upon registration.

The Drive Home Playbook: What to Say After Every Game
Dear Parents: The car ride home is one of the most powerful and most mishandled moments in youth sports. It can either build your athlete’s confidence or quietly erode it — and most parents never get a roadmap for how to handle it.
In this free 60-minute live workshop, we give you that roadmap. You’ll learn how the RISE Method applies to you as a parent, and walk away with a simple playbook of prompts that open conversation, build trust, and strengthen your athlete’s mental game — starting with the very next ride home.
You’ll learn:
- Why the car ride home matters more than you think
- The one thing most parents say that shuts athletes down immediately
- How to respond to a bad game without minimizing or over-coaching
- How to celebrate a good game without creating pressure
- A simple set of prompts that open conversation instead of closing it
You don’t need a sports psychology degree. You just need the right words.
