This Privacy Policy explains how Navarro Ventures LLC, doing business as Audacity Sports (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services, including the We RISE Community, Elite, our courses, in-person Academy offerings, and the heyCoach text-message coaching tool.

1. A Quick Note on What heyCoach Is

Audacity Sports and heyCoach provide mental performance coaching — not mental health treatment, therapy, or clinical care. The information we collect is used to deliver coaching, not to diagnose or treat any condition. Please see our Terms of Use for more detail, and seek a qualified professional or call/text 988 (or 911 in an emergency) if there is a mental health crisis.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Contact and account information — such as name, email address, and the mobile phone number you use with heyCoach.
  • Athlete and program information — such as sport, age range, organization or team, and other details you or your organization provide to set up coaching.
  • Messages and coaching content — the text messages you exchange with heyCoach and related coaching interactions.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment providers (Stan Store and Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; our providers handle payment data under their own policies.
  • Usage and technical information — such as message delivery data and basic analytics about how the services are used.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and deliver coaching through heyCoach and our other services.
  • Operate billing, manage accounts and memberships, and provide support.
  • Maintain the security and reliability of the services and prevent misuse.
  • Improve our coaching content and the RISE Method™, including reviewing interactions to make the service better.
  • Communicate with you about your account, the services, and (where permitted) relevant updates.

4. How heyCoach Uses AI and Third-Party Providers

heyCoach generates coaching responses using artificial intelligence. To deliver and improve the service, the content of your messages may be processed by trusted third-party technology providers, including:

  • Anthropic — provides the AI model (the Claude API) that generates coaching responses.
  • Voyage AI — provides search and retrieval technology that helps match your message to the right RISE Method™ guidance.
  • Linq — delivers messages over SMS, iMessage, and RCS.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Text Messaging Consent and Opting Out

When you opt in to heyCoach, you consent to receive automated, recurring text messages at the number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. We collect and use mobile phone numbers only to provide the coaching service; we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the services:

  • With service providers (such as those listed above, plus payment processors) who process information on our behalf.
  • With organizations, coaches, or programs that enrolled an athlete, consistent with the arrangement under which the athlete joined.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or Navarro Ventures LLC.
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale), subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are used by youth athletes, so protecting children’s information matters to us. The services are intended to be used with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent, guardian, or authorized organization must agree to our Terms and consent before a minor uses heyCoach or text messaging.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in keeping with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents and guardians may review the information we have about their child, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent (which will end the child’s use of the service) by contacting us at [email protected]. If you believe a child has provided us information without proper consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion as described below.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We will respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
